The TS/Xpress Home Base Server supports technician list and status, job site information, work order and delivery list, route and scheduling, emergency schedule maintenance and scheduled service and maintenance information. Mobile Station

The TS/Xpress Mobile Station communicates to the Home Base Server via a wireless Internet connection supporting CDPD or Mobitex wireless communications, and inexpensive Windows CE based hand held PCs. The Mobile Station's hand held PC software has been designed to require little channel bandwidth to communicate with the Home Base Server, thereby significantly reducing overall communications costs. The Mobile Stations easy to read and understand Web page screens can be learned quickly by the service technician, greatly reducing training and ramp-up time.

Mobile Station Features

The TS/Xpress Mobile Station features easy to understand Web Browser screens. Information available to the technician includes daily routing, site equipment, location and history, maintenance and pre-load parts information, previous visit information, and rescheduling information. The technician can communicate real-time to the Home Base with billing information including parts and delivery, updated site information, current status and new business opportunity.
